too long, did not eat

We scour the shelves of your stores to find you foods that are healthy, tasty, and good for fat loss, but sometimes I just shake my head at what I find. I can't say that every food that has a long list of ingredients is a bad-for-you-food, but the odds are against it.

...and don't let the word "natural" fool you.
